MWeb Fibre is Pathetic

Mweb is pathetic . The worst service ever! I phoned them on the 15th of Feb and was told I must send an email to inform them that I am moving and would like my fiber changed to the new property. I sent a mail immediately after speaking to them. it is now 3 and a half weeks later and I still don't even know what is going on. Every time when I phone I get a different story. Then I get told 72 hours when I phone 72 hours later they say another 5 days. They can never transfer you to a manager as they are working from home. In times like these where most people are working from home and we desperately need wifi you must wait more than a month just for them to re-connect you at a new address. Don't even use MWeb, their service is pathetic!
