Mweb fibre is just a **** I'm asked to pay R600 for 4 days usage

Worst service ever with hidden clauses their line was connected on the 26th of August and I paid the normal installment month end of September as I had no outstanding bill but my account now is inactive and I'm told that I owe R600 for 4 days of August.. thus I say it's very absurd to rob people like this to be honest I'm very disappointed with MWEB.. I'm gonna right reviews about you in every customer service ratings.. ***
