Mweb fibre is a lie

I've been having packet loss issues for the last 2 weeks. Opening a ticket doesn't help mweb just marks the tickets as solved, without any further discussion with the client to see if the problem has been solved or not. Phoning mweb is a waste of time and airtime. They have a massive caller back log, so takes minimum 1 hour to speak to an agent. I'm paying for a service and mweb are failing to deliver a service.
