Mweb fibre internet

Mweb was fast to get me to sign up with them , and do installation for fibre internet, my account was debited , but my internet is still not working ! Now im paying for something that doesnt work! The customer service is very bad, no one ever answers my calls , and my online queries are full , most with no reply!
