Mweb Fibre Installations

I opened a new account with mweb fibre on the 10th of march 2021 installation and delivery of the router came the 12th of march 2021 the frogfoot guys who installed said that my line is not active and two other units in the same complex were active i am still waiting for feedback on when my line will be active more than 3 weeks later. numerous calls have been made and no one seems to be able to help me.this is the worse service i have ever experienced seeing as i got this Fibre because i need to work from home.
