Mweb fibre installations

I have app**** to Mweb for a fibre installation and tried to cancel before installation, but can not even get through to the cancelation department after 6 attempts and speaking to 4 people all putting you through and being dropped. I am not even connected and yet and the service is horrible!! Quick to sign you up and no service there after, they can forget to get my bussiness. I am not giving someone bussiness that does not give you any service, I will just refuse them to do a installation.
