MWEB fibre installation, now more than 3 weeks

I have placed my order (Order No. X*** ) for an additional fibre line on the 6th of October. Today (29th October), as of 16:35, I am still waiting for activation. This is after I have escalated them more than once.

After insisting to speak to someone today and not just have this escalation ending up on some queue, someone has promised me an answer by tomorrow 1pm 30th October.

A hugely frustrating experience.
