MWEB Fibre installation and MWEB call centre

Hi

Pls help me. When I called MWEB to get a fiber account they assisted me immediately. I have been waiting for my fibre installation from their client OpenServe from the 13th March - 10th April and still no fiber. OpenServer don't even call me to arrange the date and time to meet to install the fiber, I tried calling MWEB Sales 3 times this week and they dont pickup the phones. If I get this service like it is now what service will I get if I have a fiber problem. This is unacceptable from them. Who can escalate this for me ?
