Mweb FIBRE

Worst service ever. We got fibre installed and since the 5th of January 2023 we are without internet. Mweb keeps on blaming metro fibre and vice versa. Ive called numerous times both service providers and still no one can get my fibre to work. Now I am stuck on a 24 month contract without Internet.
