Mweb Fibre Farce

Mweb fibre "service" is appalling. I pay for 100 Mbs line speed and have only been receiving 10mbs average for past few weeks. A) I logged a query via the online portal from 7 February, initially had a response from them asking "how many Bars are you receiving on wifi" , I rep**** and have never heard from them since. B) I went through all the 'hoops " to try phone in to report the problem today , finally got through to a person who said they would test the line and I must hold o, I held on for 10 minutes ZERO interaction , and then the call was cut. Time to move to a new "service" provider - who actually provides a service!
