Mweb Fibre experience is horrible

I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Moving over from mweb adsl to Fibre has been a nightmare. So it turns out that you can't use the 10mbps as you get throttled even though it says unlimited internet usage. First I was told it might be the cable that was faulty. They sent a new one. Then they said it might be the router and they came to change that. Now what???? I am still getting less than 2mbps daily. What is the solution now. How does one get out of this contract? Yesterday I searched on line and it turns out that mweb is second last on the list of Fibre internet providers. Plus Im being charged so much more for this service that is worse than the 2mb line I use to have. I have always been a huge fan of mweb. But this has honestly left a sour taste in my mouth.
