Mweb Fibre

Previous owner used Mweb for fibre. Account was cancelled and cancellation fee was paid already in February. Now I am the new tenant and has been struggling since February to activate my fibre, but mweb occupies the line and refuse to release it. Up until today, sevwral calls has beenn made by myself as well as Afrihost themselves to Mweb to solve the problem. Still mweb does not want to releaae the line.
