Mweb fibre downtime and no service

Its not worth 1 star. Have been down on internet since 23 September 8h23. They do not answer queries logged. When you do speak to them they admit the exchange server is off but they will send someone at MY cost to check my line. Its been 37hours and NO communication of responses or assistance or resolution.
