Mweb Fibre down

My fibre has been down since Tuesday afternoon. I logged a call and was informed that the problem would be resolved by Wednesday. However, as of now, the issue persists, and I have not received any further communication regarding this matter. This situation is unacceptable, as I currently work from home and rely on a stable internet connection.
