MWeb fibre connection faulty

I have 2 fibre accounts with Mweb for both my house and my mothers house however the one at my mothers house hasn’t been working for 2 weeks and I reported it however I don’t have feedback from them so meaning I have been paying for something that doesn’t work most of the time - I was given a reference number and told someone will come fix it. Someone must call me or cancel everything
