Mweb Fibre connection

Mweb is so totally not in my favor right now, I app**** for their special on Fibre 6 weeks ago, I was promised that it would take on the longest 2 weeks to active the Fibre, 6 weeks later still nothing, I have contacted them several times and hang on for 20 minutes before they answer eventually when I got through and been sent from pillar to post they sent a message has been sent for activation, that was 3 weeks ago, still not activated, mweb please please get your act together.
