MWEB FIBRE

I app**** for Fibre to my home in March 2020. After almost 7 months I was informed that my application was rejected as fibre does not exist in my, What a JOKE, my subusrb has fibre, my neighbours have fibre, I have afibre box outside my home ready for connection, but hey I don't have fibre supply in my area, and don't even try calling them, they just hang up at best, If you lucky to get a call back, they hang up after one ring then text you saying they could not get hold of you. Customer service is non existent. PATHETIC really. Will never recommend them, EVER., Their website does not have an email contact as well. Fawzia Saib
