Mweb Fibre Call Center- Ruth for the win

On 16th August 2023 I contacted mweb to upgrade my wifi package. I spoke to Zizipho who did a verification as it it my brothers account. I spoke to technical support and asked to speak to Zizipho again who told me she needs to do a verification again. My brother was in a hurry and had to leave. So Zizipho explained that she will do a warm transfer to the sales agent so verification wont need to be done again and then she hung up on me. I called in and spoke to Ruth and wow Ruth knows a sales is important but so is customer service. And in 3 minutes no verification done as she saw it was done already twice in like 15 minutes helped me in less than 2 minutes. Well done Ruth. You deserve a raise in salary.
