MWEB fibre - bad service

MWEB has been absolutely useless to try set up fibre and no one seems to be on the same page or able to confirm the process of your application or whether your application is still taking place and valid. Ridiculous!!! And terrible customer service with no email access, getting error messages when trying to send queries online, and constantly being kept on hold on their phone line. Useless. Wish I had gone with another provider.
