Don't phone their call centre to follow up on progress, you will waste your time and money and you still won't have an answer. Line activation (over and above the 7-10 days) is almost impossible, once installation is complete and they have received documentation it should take 48 hours and you should have fibre, another problem plus automated voice message with no reply.
