MWEB Fibre application ridiculousness

So these guys for fibre have no way or form of communicating with them, they make it so hard to find an agent to communicate with, in addition to that when u apply for fibre and you want to cancel an order they making it impossible to reach them yet takes forever to install, we can't wait for fibre for two years what stupidity is that. this company is a total **** and we need a regulating company that helps customers deal with such people to help us, go check their social pages, people are complaining left right centre.
