MWEB FIBRE AND SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

Mweb has the worst service ever. Recently changed over from adsl to fibre, but i literally had to call mweb more than 20 times in just this month, the fibre connection is forever not working and their consultants know nothing, all they do is tell you to restart your modem, it works for a couple hours and then goes off again. Yet we are paying the price for a fibre connection monthly but 90% of the month we do not have internet access. Whats the point of this **** service? After calling numerous times, they are not even bothered to send out a technician to have a look at the problem, they take out your debit order very fast but as far as after service is concerned, they are absolutely useless. SICK OF THIS, LOOKING TO CHANGE TO A NEW SERVICE PROVIDER.
