Mweb fibre activation without hardware

Good day I haven't recieved any hardware why did mweb activate my service and when will billing take place they've activated my fibre but i dont any router or hardware when i track i cant see who's the courier and when will delivery take place. Now they want to debit my account beforehand. I never started using the service why activate this fibre in advance when i never received any hardware
