MWeb Fibre

I made an application for fibre on 1 July. I received the router same week. I have been waiting for Open Serve to come and do the installation. I am tired of not getting any help from Mweb and just want to cancel my order. I tried phoning, several times and I couldnt go through. Mweb can come and collect their router as I am really not interested in using them anymore. If it takes all this time to just get an installation what will happen when I have problems that need to be attended to.

I would rather pay extra and use an ISP that cares.
