MWEB Fibre

I have been an LTE Mweb customer for a few years.In November last year i upgraded to Fiber with Mweb/VUMATEL.Vumatel fitted the the box in my apartment on the closing days on November.I have been waiting for the past 2,5 months for Mweb to activate.I have made calls (XHOLISO-MWB***7) sent email with Zero progress made.What an awful experience,and i am kicking myslelf as a friend said i should go with AFRIHOST.If ever there was ISP that is simply clueless it is MWEB.My only advice is go with AFRIHOST if ever you want to upgrade to Fibre.
