MWEB FIBRE

If there was a negative rating I would have selected it for MWEB Fibre, I have never had such bad service, actually no service at all, MWEB does not return my calls, they do not reply to my emails, and just Ignore all my complains and requests. I struggled with MWEB for 5 weeks and eventualy phoned Open Serve myself to install the Fibre, once installed I notified MWEB it was installed and that I have not received a Modem to activate connection to the Internet, I received an email that I am connected, but I was not, as I do not have a Modem, in spire of mu calls and mails they deducted money from my Bank, and 8 days later, still no Moden or any reply from MWEB, Iinformed MWEB yesterday to Cancel everything and Refund my Money, still no reply - PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH MWEB, SERVICE IS NON EXISTING AND SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGREVATION, I am very disappointed in MWEB
