App**** online mweb.co.za and was approved on the 26 November 2019 for fibre Process could take up to 14 days they said - 14 days expired on the 11 December 2019 they said. Oops im still waiting...

I logged queries at their call centre but no response, left my nr on their call back automated service after hanging on for more than 5 minutes on five occasions but still no call back.

Decided to visit their offices at N1 City thereafter and finally someone made contact

Still waiting on router to be delivered though, today is the 19 December 2019

3 days after 14 working days... wonder what to do now.

Logged an email to *** yesterday afternoon and its been 24hrs but still no reply.

Wonder if Id ever going to get connected though

I've planned my leave but no im stuck cause I need to get connected before I can actually leave Cape Town. Mweb does not care about this fact
