MWEB FIBRE

So Im on the MWEB site looking at fiber packages and see you get one month free, already being a MWEB customer I think it easier to call in to expedite the order. All signed up I now enquire about my free month?? Im then told that this is an online order special only. Very ********* not to be advised the same by the sales consultant not to mention NUMEROUS connection issues that we are STILL waiting to have sorted. After hundreds of phone calls and HOURS spent on hold trying to sort out the free month AND the faulty line Im ready to start bath mouthing MWEB and canceling the contract with them... #MWEB #FIBRE #TerribleService
