MWEB fiber - STAY AWAY

They guarantee no throttling yet they do it all the time. I kept records of the speed tests proving that they are doing this. Called in regularly to support , mailed them, tried all avenues. I got told that its this problem then that issue and the nonsense just went on and on. So I posted the results on their Facebook page , the problem was immediately resolved - they just blocked me from posting on their page. So now I'm trying to cancel the contract. I thought that getting service was impossible, just wait till you try and cancel the contract, you'll get better service from government. OH! don't try to mail them, check their website there is no email address
