MWeb Fiber Service -Stay Away

Stay away from MWEB, they are utterly useless. I do not believe there is a single person in the organisation with any technical ability. My Fibre connection has been down (due to configuration problems) for 7 and a half days, multiple calls to the call centre every day and the same old nonsense story that my problem is being escalated.

If being underwhelmed by poor customer service and lack of technical ability is your thing go for it. I am fed up with their ineptitude!
