MWEB Fiber - R399 pacakge advertised on website

Signed up with MWEB for LTE internet service. Line speed has either been non-existant or shockingly slow. I was informed via e-mail that the service will cease end Oct 2019 (Cell C), but that there are other options to consider like Fiber for R399. They do advertise this on their website as well. But try to phone Mweb, and you are placed on hold for over 10 minutes a time. I even left messages at the switchboard to contact me in regards to Fiber but no one ever came back. If this is how fast they act if you are interested to sign up for a service, then I can only imagine how they will act when you have an emergency or no internet problem. STAY AWAY if you are considering them.
