Mweb fiber not what they promise on radio advert.

I have been with them for 40 years with excellent service from them, till a few months ago. The service provider for fiber for them were bought over by Vumatel and since then my wifi and internet connection went basically to non exsistent. They blame Vumatel for bad service, the fault ticket is most of the time open for a week and when fault is fixed it may last for a day or two before I report it again. Other service providers in the area seem to have better service from Vumatel. Mweb asked Vumatel to come and inspect my hardware at home, to see if the previous fiber suppliers hardware may not be compatible with Vumatel. No response or call in a week from Vumatel and Mweb seem unable to put preasure on Vumatel. I have been paying R600 + per month to have on a good month in total maybe 5 days worth of wifi and internet. I seriously think to cancel my account with Mweb after 40 years. Mweb keep on blaming Vumatel and it is impossible to hear Vumatel's side of the story. After countless e-mails and empty promises I don't think Mweb will ever sort out my problem.
