MWEB Fiber moving

I would like to give a -100. The worst service I have ever experienced in South Africa. We have been waiting 4 weeks to get our fiber moved. MWEB has decided to record the new address incorrectly. That took about 24 days for us to figure out and about R800 in phone calls. We did start off by giving them proof of residence. And still we are waiting ........ Properbly for ever....
