Mweb fiber internet-based

I took out a contract with Mweb because I was told go with the big guns, You pay cheap you get cheap service, Well well well I am wrong, We Phoned Mweb tech department, not the first time and we had to spend an hour configured, with no joy, It is a fiber line, Now they want to charge me for a call out fee? MWEB what are you doing? And I lost an online teaching class! No wonder we as South Africans can’t work remotely.
