Mweb fiber installation useless seevice

Bad service I done my application on the 29nov I get told they will be installed on 8 Jan because mweb empoyees can’t fill out a simple form and process simple stuff they didn’t send the request to Vumatel to install I want my fiber installed before next week

How *********** can mweb be please don’t use mweb
