Mweb Fiber down for 5 days

Our Fiber went down on Friday the 19th May its now the 25th May with 4 phone calls and we still don't have Fiber - they say the Link Africa don’t work on weekends and we are not business client - in the current Covid times we are forced to work from home and reply on our Fiber connection. MWeb supply a 24/7 connection for Fiber – I’m furious that they would even say Link Africa don’t work on weekends - we are having to use our phones as hot spots at massive cost - this is unacceptable service from Mweb and Link Africa ....
