Mweb - Fiber down and tech support agents are of no help

I have contacted Mweb approximately 15times in the last two weeks. Also reached out on social media. My fibre has been down for the last 2 weeks, to date they have not assisted or updated me on what is actually going on. Today was just the final straw, speaking to one of their *********** tech support staff (Zuwaid), who has zero customer services. All they keep doing is blaming their service provider - their communication and customer support skills are appalling, really at a point where i would rather just cancel and save myself the stress.
