Mweb fiber Disappointment

I signed up for fiber on the mweb website on the 22 Dec 2021 and Vuma installations needed to contact me to book a date to install the fiber up until today there's no communication from both company's when i called vuma a very rude consultant by the name of Bianca cut the call when I queried the installation and on the 4 Jan 2022 I contacted Mweb a consultant by the name Nomusa told me Vuma tel has sent an email stating they contacted me and i was unreachable which is not true she was arrogant about the query she refused to tell me her details and when i asked to speak to her manager she refused and told me that the manager will call the manager name Carmen
