Mweb Fiber Deal

Mweb was very quick to propose to me a contract of Fiber on Openserve, but now that I tried to call them, their phones are just ringing for 25 min, and I tried a couple of days. They don't respond on the app or webpage either. They already activated my service of which I did not give permission for.
