MWEB Fiber connection is too pathetic, no customer service is available

Please do not purchase MWEB Fiber connection, i am IT Engineer and working from home, for the last few months my internet connection is keep dropping always, i tried to call them to resolve but every time they ask you to just plug Lan cable and checking with the setting and asking you to reset the fibber box or Wi-Fi modem, but nothing is happening, they even don't call you back Today i again lodged a complaint with proper number MWEB*** , let's see how much time they required to resolve this issue. I am planning to move to some other provider
