Fiber Down since 28th of January, Technician came out to fix the problem and informed me that someone cut the fiber line dedicated to me and connected it to a different user, Now I am without fiber due to someone else's mistake, Numerous phone calls and queries logged and yet still no connection till today the 18th of February, Constant blame shifting the Metro Fiber needs to rectify the line or install a new line, I have been patient till now, Time to move my account to a different ISP, to where they don't just take my money and value me as a client.
