Unfortunately i have been with Mweb for years always had good service up to now. In the Beginning of 12 December 2022 i have had a problem with my internet speed. I have been paying for a 1gig line and only get 100 meg line.

Told the that they told me they are sorting it out. To day is the 9th of January 2023 still not sorted.

I even told them if they cant sort it out i will be canceling they mad empty promises.

Every time i phone to find out about the proses they treat it like a new ticket log.

So i just lost it today.

Please dont use this company after sales is terrible.

Its not like i didn't give them time to sort it out.

They lost a good Customer.

So please they are quick to take your money and order. But dont care after 5 years with them.
