I have been trying to upgrade my mail box but half way through a call to them( an IT company) one gets cut off. They dont return calls, I have lodged complaints with them but I still have not had my e mail box upgraded even though its been over two weeks of this nonsense. I have been with them since inception and their service has deteriorated significantly.
