Mweb, famous for their interest in not providing a service

I have been waiting for over a month for our fibre to be installed. After numerous communication there seems to be no urgency on mweb's side. Mweb's lack of feedback is disappointing and now they want to charge me for an installation that has not even happened! It seems that I may just have to go with a service provider who is more interested.
