MWEB false trial period for new user ?

I am on a 6 month trial on Openserve with MWEB. Recently received an email my premium goes up month end. Not negotiable. Can't get a live chat.

And how can I get thrown into the increase in my trial period.

I would like to Cancel immediately if this is the case. I signed up with trust to have a discount till June. And now....
