MWEB - False advertising to trick customers to sign up with them

When I looked at the website of MWEB, i saw Fiber at from just 399. when I searched for my area I saw that its R599. so initially I thought...it must be because of the area as I doubt that they would do false advertising.

I have app**** for a fiber line from MWEB just over a week ago. they advertised the price at 599 for a 10 mb line. today I got an email about a price increase of R50 and it has not even been installed yet, how ridiculous. just like their website stipulated R399 for a fibre line it all seems like false advertising to trick customers to sign up. I will definitely be cancelling my order now. I mean after they install it how much will it be then? and after 1 year how much? I think at this point in time the only reputable ISP seems to be Rain as they inform you of all the negatives of their LTE network.
