Mweb - false advertising and shocking after sales service

I received a call from Mweb towards the end of June 2019 to move across from Open-serve to Octotel in an effort to increase my wifi capacity at home. I was reluctant as I run a business from my one email address. Mweb made all sort of promises, including that I will be on a unthrottled , uncapped package of 20/20 - I only discovered afterwards by doing a speed test, that were now on a 20/5 package and when I took this up with Mweb , I was told that this makes no difference to my internet connection - why was 20/20 offered to me from the outset? It took over a month to recover my business email address which they lost during the process. To make up for my inconvenience of loosing out on business for a month , Mweb agave me 50% of one month's premium ... totaling R399

This is not where it stops, ever since moving to this fantastic package Mweb sold to me, we can not even watch 1 movie on our apple TV without being kicked off the internet and having to resume play after a couple of minutes. I have given up talking to Mweb as I spend more time , money and energy on calls than is worth the trouble, as this does not solve my problem, it just infuriates me even more . A test was preformed on our equipment by MWeb and the result ...we have wiffi pollution ... please explain to me what is the meaning of wifi pollution, as not even Mweb could tell me what the meaning of this is or how to resolve it. We are a family of 4, each with a smart phone and we watch apple TV. no gaming or fancy equipment using the internet. Often when this problem occurs, there is only 1 person at home. I am paying R799 a month for a non existing service. I did my homework to move across to another service provider, staying with Octotel as fiber provider. I gave Mweb a calendar month's notice as I am on a month to month package and merely received an email nearly 2 weeks later advising me that I have to pay a cancellation fee. I queried this and after another 2 weeks , no one has even bothered to answer my email. I will not recommend Mweb to anyone as they provide false adverting and have a non existing after sales service . All I want is to get away from Mweb and invest with a company that is actually interested in their clients. Mweb, cancel my service and find someone in my place that will be satisfied with your most shocking service offering.
