Mweb False Advertising

I signed up for the R579.00 fibre deal with Mweb, it was installed and activated last week Friday 28/02/2020, I've been debited R620 today.

To my understanding, this should be charged at end of March with a pro rated amount added for the 2 days extra of fibre that I've used.

I did not agree to a price increase and wasn't made aware at the time of sign up that the amount will change four days into my agreement, CPA rules refers below :

- Suppliers are not permitted to mislead consumers in respect of pricing, the nature, properties, advantages or uses of goods or services advertised, if such goods or services are not actually available for purchase or procurement in accordance with these standards. - Suppliers are obliged to include limitations in respect of the availability of goods or services when advertising such items, and honour such agreements.
