MWEB FAIL TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS

I've been without internet now for 4 days and i still cannot get them to assist me by sending a technician that actually know what they doing its the second month in a row now where my wifi is being turned off without any reason, last month the tech told me that there is nothing wrong with my wifi and then it magically started working, so why would i pay all this money for wifi if you going to be putting it of every month, highly disappointed
