Mweb

Good day. I tried my best to get an mweb account. When they came to install the wifi they told my suburb doesn't have the infrastructure for the wifi they said they will come back to me with more detail. After a whole will they ask me to email a electrical bill to them but still couldn't help me. Its been 5 months now and now they want to hand me over and take me to court to pay for a service i didnt received. The guy who called me regarding the handover is very rude and put the phone in your ear down when you try to explain him the situation. I wont refer anyone to them
